To ensure that the purchases of our valued customers are of the highest quality all sales are final.
No returns, refunds or exchanges. Please check your order carefully.
Damage due to handling, improper storage, changes in moisture content, installation, finishing, discounted
product offerings, or delay in delivery for any reason are beyond our control and therefore not eligible for
for return, exchange or refund.
Wood is a natural product so variations of colour, figure and other natural characteristics will occur and are
not considered to be defects.
Retain your invoice. Should you encounter a defect, notify Emery within 5 business days to arrange an
exchange of the defective piece.
In no case shall Emery be required to pay or be liable for any special or consequential damages resulting
from the sale, transport or use of the goods identified on the invoice.
All products are sold in full lengths. The purchase of shorter lengths ( 4 or 6 foot ) are possible on hardwood
mouldings only, provided the remaining length of 8 feet or more is sellable.
MDF and Finger Joint Pine mouldings are sold in full lengths only.
Panel products and packaged goods are sold by piece or package only.
Payments by Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Cash accepted in store only, not by phone.
Our best efforts have been made to ensure accuracy throughout our website, however some product
variations may occur.
All pricing is before applicable taxes, shipping or handling, FOB our yard ( Brampton, Ontario ) and subject to
change without notice.
